XArena Motor Sports™ Secures Services of Witherspoon, Inc.™ as Project Manager
New Jersey Firm to Manage Construction of the
230,000 Square Foot Extreme Sports Facility

Trenton, N.J. – Representatives from XArena Motor Sports™ announced today that Witherspoon, Inc., project management and engineering firm based in New Jersey, will lead the construction and engineering of the 230,000 square foot indoor extreme sports facility that will be built in Trenton, New Jersey this fall.  

Witherspoon, Inc., founded in 1989, is a professional organization specializing in the implementation of Design/Build Engineering and construction projects for the commercial and industrial marketplace. 

Witherspoon’s organization consists of professionals experienced in the development, management and execution of turnkey construction projects. The management team holds professional licenses and degrees in architecture, engineering, and real estate.

Representatives from Witherspoon, Inc. will be responsible for ensuring on-time completion of the project as well as managing the cost and quality of the project.  Witherspoon will be involved in every phase of the project from pre-construction, which is underway, to the procurement, construction, and project close-out/operational phases.

Witherspoon, Inc. has a client list that includes names like Merrill Lynch, AT&T Corporation, Lockheed Martin, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, to name a few, and has a proven track record for excellence in project management.
