The enormous 239,000 square foot XArena will house two separate Supercross/Motocross tracks and will also be home to the world's largest vertical wind tunnel. The XArena will schedule two daily, six hour practice sessions and host over 40 professional and amateur race events a year. In addition to the 173,000 square foot arena tracks and pit, the three story facility will house a 23,500 square foot extreme sports restaurant and consessions, a virtual reality game room and a 4,800 square foot Pro Shop. The XArena is also exploring plans to accommodate other action sports including skateboarding, BMX and rollerblading.
The XArena was designed by the prestigious Hillier Group, one of the nation's largest architectural firms. Hillier employed their extensive experience in designing sports facilities to realize the bold vision of the XArena. Their innovative and unprecedented design was recently awarded the esteemed American Institute of Architecture's Award for Design Excellence.
Situated on a 13-acre parcel located on Route 1 in Trenton, NJ, the XArena is easily accessible from both North Olden and New York avenues.
